FAQ
1)How long with the custom painting take?
It will take about 15 to 20 days to paint and deliver
2)Can I submit any photo I find online to replicate, or must it be from your website?
You can submit any photo to be replicated, it does not have to come from our website alone
3) Is quality guaranteed?
Yes, you will be able to see the final painting completed before we deliver it to you
4) What are the payment terms like?
In order to commence with custom art works, the artists will take 50% deposit to start work, and the remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery
5) What are the charges for delivery?
Delivery is outsourced to the framers.
The charges range between $45 to $75 dollars depending on the delivery address.
6) Is installation included?
Installation is another service provided by the framers and you will need to request for this.
You will have to book delivery and installation together as this is done on the same day as delivery of paintings.
Installation Costs depends on the size.
7) Can your artists make abstracts, or scenery etc?
Our artists can make any artwork, including portraits, abstracts, scenery, pop art, contemporary art and much more.
